Information for authors of accepted papers
Authors must submit their final manuscript as a PDF file of maximum 6 pages in double-column IEEE proceedings style by the deadline of December 21, 2010, 23:59 CET. Any improvement required by the reviewers in their comments must be included in the final version of the paper. All papers must exactly fulfill the IEEE formatting requirements, according to the templates available at the IEEE Author Digital Toolbox.
The accepted papers will be published on IEEE Xplore. To comply with IEEE specifications, authors must check their PDF files or convert their sources to PDF through the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus on-line service. Authors must use the ondm2011xp Conference ID to access the PDF eXpress Plus website and must follow the instructions provided on-screen to create a new title for each accepted paper.
Once the IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF file has been generated, authors must click on the Approve for Collection link to finally submit their camera-ready. All papers to be included in the conference proceedings will be collected directly from the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus repository.
After submitting their final manuscript, authors must download and complete the IFIP copyright form. One copyright form per accepted paper must be completed. Copyright forms must be uploaded through EDAS. Authors should also make sure that abstract and co-authors in the final manuscript perfectly match the information included in EDAS.
